وأكدت شبكة قنوات “bein sports” القطرية عبر حسابها على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “تويتر”، أن الاتحاد الجزائري يتجه للإبلاغ بالانسحاب من الترشح لاستضافة بطولة كأس أمم إفريقيا نسخة 2025.

وأوضحت القنوات القطرية أن الاتحاد الجزائري ينوي الانسحاب أيضًا من المنافسة على استضافة بطولة كأس أمم إفريقيا نسخة 2027.

وتترقب القارة الإفريقية انطلاق بطولة كأس أمم إفريقيا 2023 المقرر إقامتها في كوت ديفوار، بعد إقامة النسخة الماضية 2021 في الكاميرون.

وتتنافس الجزائر والمغرب على استضافة بطولة كأس أمم إفريقيا نسخة 2025، بالإضافة إلى زامبيا ونيجيريا وبنين.

ومن المفترض أن يحسم الاتحاد الإفريقي مسألة البلد المستضيف لبطولة كأس أمم إفريقيا 2025، في الفترة المقبلة.

O assassinato do jogador Daniel segue repercutindo. Nesta quinta-feira, segundo informação da RPC, canal de televisão paranaense, afirma que Allana Brittes, filha de Edison Brittes, que já assumiu o assassinato do jogador do São Paulo, marcou encontro com todas as testemunhas para combinar a versão do crime aos policiais.

O canal de televisão teve acesso ao celular de Lucas Mineiro, amigo de Allana Brittes. Nas mensagens, a garota insiste por um encontro com ele e outras testemunhas do caso Daniel no dia seguinte ao crime.

As mensagens foram trocadas na noite de 27 de outubro, dia em que o jogador Daniel foi encontrado morto pela manhã. Com isso, o encontro aconteceu no dia 29 de outubro, em um shopping em São José dos Pinhais.

O empresário Edison Brittes já confessou ter matado e alegou que jogador tentou estuprar Cristiana Brittes, sua esposa, em casa. A Polícia Civil e o MP-PR (Ministério Público do Paraná) entendem que não houve tentativa de estupro.

Andrew McGlashan29-Aug-2014Sam Robson admitted there had been a few “missed opportunities” for him to silence all the debate about whether he is the long-term solution as a Test opener for England, but was content with how he had handled his first spell at international level and will take plenty of “special” memories with him into the winter.As England fought back comprehensively to take the Test series against India 3-1 – capped with a three-day, innings-and-244-run trouncing at The Oval – after being 1-0 down following an horrendous performance at Lord’s, Robson arguably headed the list of players who finished the Test campaign with a question mark, rather than a tick next to their name as England enter their lengthy absence from the five-day game before the Caribbean tour in April.Sam Robson failed to really take his chance to cement his place in the England Test side•Getty Images

His tally against India was 165 runs at 23.57 and for the seven Tests in the season it read 336 at 30.54 that included his maiden hundred against Sri Lanka at Headingley. But after reaching three figures in just his third innings and following that with 71 at Trent Bridge he started to struggle against India’s seamers.When he negotiated the first evening at The Oval, alongside Alastair Cook, to walk off with a solid 33 to his name he appeared to have set himself the base to put a more definitive stamp on his season. But five balls in the second day he was bowled by Varun Aaron and England’s subsequent demolition job meant he did not get another chance.”I got myself in a position where I could have gone on with it – in Southampton and then at The Oval, getting through that first evening – so I suppose there were a few missed opportunities but you look back and a lot went our way so it was a pretty positive feeling,” Robson told ESPNcricinfo.”It was such a special couple months. I didn’t play as well I would have liked in my first Test against Sri Lanka but put it right in the next Test with 120-odd and then to back that up at Trent Bridge, I was pretty happy with that.”I would have liked a big score in there towards the end of the series to back up a decent start, but it wasn’t to be. Having said that to walk away from your first Test summer with a hundred and a series win, and a convincing one, was pretty special. The hundred gave me the belief I could perform but you have to score runs week in, week out so that’s my next challenge.”As the runs dried up towards the end of the Test series, there was the technical analysis of Robson’s game with issues dissected ranging from a weakness around off stump to a tendency to be trapped on the crease but it was also often said how intense he appeared at the crease.But Robson said he played no differently for England than he had done for Middlesex during the time when he was scoring the volume of runs to force the selectors’ hand and he insisted he will continue to play in the same way.”I don’t think I’m the most intense character off the field, but that’s the way I play on the field,” he said, speaking at the Investec Inner City World Cup at Lord’s. “I’ve got my own idiosyncrasies but it’s been the way I’ve played for Middlesex and has worked for me. At the top level people will have their views, but that’s the beauty of it and why we want to play Test cricket in the spotlight. I’ll just be sticking with what’s worked for me.”As one of few Test-only players within the England set-up, Robson will now finish the 2014 season in the Championship for Middlesex that will provide the chance to end with a flourish. He will then face a lengthy wait – likely to be interspersed with a Lions tour of South Africa in the New Year – before finding out whether his own confidence in the summer is reflected by the selectors when they pick the squad to tour West Indies. But before then he is looking for to some time off.”It has been a big couple of years for me, a massive summer and there’s still an important month left with Middlesex,” he said. “The Test matches have been draining so I think this will be a good chance, once the season is done, to take a couple of months away from the game, recharge my batteries and go from there.”

أكد البرتغالي روي فيتوريا المدير الفني لمنتخب مصر، على أنه يشعر برغبة كبيرة لدى اللاعبين في صناعة تاريخ كبير، مشددًا على إيجابية النتائج للفراعنة في الفترة الماضية.

ويخوض منتخب مصر الأول مباراتين وديتين في المعسكر المقبل ضد زامبيا والجزائر على الترتيب، استعدادًا لبدء تصفيات بطولة كأس العالم 2026، وكأس الأمم الإفريقية 2024 المقبلة.

وقال فيتوريا في تصريحات تلفزيونية عبر قناة “بي إن سبورتس”: “أرى أن الأثر قد يكون إيجابياً أولاً لأنني حين أتحدث مع اللاعبين أشعر بأن هناك رغبة عارمة تتملكهم لصنع تاريخ كبير لمصر، واستكمال مسيرتهم الاحترافية بلقب دولي ولهذا فإن اللاعبين متحمسون للغاية للبطولة”.

وأوضح: “من المهم للغاية أن نكون محظوظين بما يكفي خصوصاً على مستوى الإصابات بحيث يتاح للمدرب اختيار أفضل اللاعبين لتنفيذ أفكاره، ولكن مع الأسف في المعسكرات الأخيرة لم تكن متاحة لنا هذه الإمكانية، فكان دائمًا يغيب عنا مصابين وهم لاعبين مهمين في الفريق”.

وأتم: “نتمنى أن نكون في ظروف جيدة بحلول بطولة كأس الأمم الإفريقية”.

New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum has said that allrounder James Neesham will open the innings alongside Martin Guptill in the first ODI against South Africa in Mount Maunganui.Neesham, who averages 19.50 in ODIs with all his nine innings coming at No. 6 or lower, was tested as an opener in the T20 series in West Indies in July, when he made 18 runs in two innings. McCullum, however, believed Neesham had something “special” about him and backed the allrounder to become a “destructive player” at the top.”He [Neesham] will get an opportunity tomorrow at the top of the order. He spent about three hours batting in the nets so he should be ready,” McCullum said. “He’s an exciting player and it’s not an easy role that, especially against a team like South Africa with their quick bowling options.”I think he’s got something a little bit special and with Kane (Williamson) under a bit of a cloud with his bowling we still need to create a bowling option in the top five. Until you put people in those positions you’re not 100% sure how they’re going to respond.”For me it’s about how he goes about constructing his innings. If we can get that destructive kind of player at the top, playing with some freedom, then that goes a long way in assisting us with the rest of our line-up.”McCullum’s confidence in Neesham was reiterated by New Zealand coach Mike Hesson, who was keen on having a bowling option in their top three.”There is no doubt that South Africa have a fine seam bowling attack but James is a quality player and he’s looking forward to that opportunity,” Hesson told the . “He’s been preparing for the last few weeks knowing that’s his role. We certainly haven’t been chucking him in [the nets] against the old ball.”McCullum said in the absence of the injured Williamson and Ross Taylor, New Zealand’s top five would be Neesham and Guptill, followed by Dean Brownlie, McCullum at No.4, and Tom Latham. Brownlie has not played an ODI since July 2012, but he battled against a South African attack comprising Dale Steyn, Morne Morkel and Vernon Philander to score a century in the Cape Town Test last year, albeit in a losing cause. He also collected hundreds for New Zealand A against England Lions, and in a tour game against Kent in August.Tim Southee had been declared fit for the series after recovering from a sore shoulder, but Hesson said that the seamer will not be rushed back immediately.”If he’s not at full capacity then he won’t play the first one, but he’ll certainly be available to play two and three and should be firing for it by then,” Hesson told . “He’s strong and fit and he recovers quickly. So this time of year it’s not an opportunity to push guys too hard too soon.”
